Imagine, if when logging into a residential or commercial building’s WIFI that you, as an occupier, instantly have the option of knowing if that building is legally compliant for that jurisdiction? This could mean knowing if the electrical or gas certifications are up to date, are the smoke detectors working or tested recently and have the fire escapes been checked by the local emergency service? Additionally, does everybody know where the fire escapes are, is the external cladding non-combustible and are those installed sprinklers working; What else what be useful to have at your finger tips?
