What we collect

The terms you enter, the names and emails of the people you invite, signatures, and for each signing step the time, IP address, and device details.

Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

To build your agreement, send invites and sign-in codes, and create a proof-of-signing record that shows who signed and when.

Who sees it

The people in your agreement see the agreement and who has signed. We share data with the services that run the site, send email, and process payments, only as needed to do that work. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep sealed agreements and their signing records so they stay valid as proof. Unfinished drafts may be deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep a sealed record for the people who signed it.
