What this service is

We give you a tool to write a roommate or room rental agreement, invite the people in it, and collect electronic signatures.

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. The wording in your agreement is yours. If you need advice about your situation, talk to a lawyer in your state.

Your account and your agreements

You can build a draft without an account. To publish and invite others, you sign in with email or Google.

You are responsible for the names, emails, and terms you enter, and for only inviting people who agreed to be contacted.

Signing

Signing is free. Each signer confirms their email with a code and agrees to sign electronically before signing.

Once everyone signs, the agreement is sealed into a final PDF. A sealed PDF is never changed. Changes become a new version that everyone signs again.

Payments

Paid items are one-time charges. There are no subscriptions. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to impersonate another person.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for disputes between the people in an agreement.
